12 = 31
13 = 42
14 = 53
Then 18 = ?

Answer is 97.
How?
11 => (1+1)(1-1) => 20
12 => (2+1)(2-1) => 31
13 => (3+1)(3-1) => 42
14 => (4+1)(4-1) => 53
similarly
18 => (8+1)(8-1) => 97

IF 5 + 3 = 28
9 + 1 = 810
8 + 6 = 214
5 + 4 = 19
then 7 + 3 = ???

Answer is 410.
How?
5 + 3 = (5-3)(5+3) = 28
9 + 1 = (9-1)(9+1) = 810
8 + 6 = (8-6)(8+6) = 214
similarly
7 + 3 = (7-3)(7+3) = 410
